THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is for the WordPress plugins developed by The Forge Partnership Ltd ("Developer"), including but not limited to TFP ACF Graphs and TFP ACF Content Cache.
GRANT OF LICENSE: Developer grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the software of the specified WordPress plugins (the "Software") for a single website per license, for the duration of your usage of our accompanying theme. You shall not use the Software on additional websites without purchasing additional licenses, and you shall cease usage of the Software if you cease usage of our accompanying theme.
2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP: Developer retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Software and all copies thereof, including copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
3. RESTRICTIONS: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not rent, lease, lend, or in any way distribute or transfer any rights in this Agreement or the Software to third parties without Developer's written approval and subject to written agreement by the recipient of the Software's terms of this Agreement.
4. TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, Developer may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Developer be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.
6. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to or application of conflicts of law rules or principles.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
