- Modify the code to support your needs within that same site or system.
- Continue using the code even after our engagement ends, as long as it remains part of the original project.
What’s Not Allowed
To protect the quality and exclusivity of our work, this licence does not permit:
- Using the code on other websites, platforms, or projects.
- Distributing, reselling, or sharing the code outside of the licensed project.
- Incorporating the code into open-source repositories or public libraries.
Who Owns the Code?
All code remains the intellectual property of The Forge Partnership and its original author as declared in the file header, and is licensed through The Forge Partnership.
This licence grants usage rights within the project we created for you – it does not transfer ownership or the right to repurpose the code elsewhere.
