THEMIS Clinical Defence is a startup pioneering a radical, highly specialised approach to clinical defence which combines robust clinical insurance, claims handling and risk management.

The Challenge

THEMIS’s founders knew their specialist insurance offer could disrupt a passive, traditional market and offer an innovative, robust alternative to established products. Our challenge was to create a rapid brand, website, and online quote system prototype to facilitate marketing message and product fit experimentation.

The Solution

We worked with THEMIS’s founders to rapidly iterate on brand and online identity, creating a fresh, technology driven style, distinct from established providers. We then delivered a prototype website and customer quotation capture system, working through a couple of iterations before initial marketing tests were actioned.

The website platform has facilitated regular iteration and experimentation since the initial launch with ongoing refinement of marketing messages and product fit.
